We will utilize various meditation methods, breath awareness, physical movement, sound vibration, acupressure and guided visualization to reach that Zen-like place within and remember the way to get back there whenever we need it as we go through our day to day lives.

You will experience a more stable, calm, clear and uncluttered mind, more emotional balance, clearing of tension from your physical body and a stronger connection to your spirit or soul. Meditation is a detoxification of the mind and emotions.

Relaxation is a technique that allows the benefits of physical exercise, meditation, etc. to fully incorporate and integrate into every fiber of your being. It allows you to maintain a more positive outlook, a clearer vision for your life, physical harmony and spiritual awareness. We must rest to have the vitality, stamina and endurance to successfully orchestrate and navigate our journey of life.
